I'm stoked...ran 5k on the treadmill at 5:30 pace...Also swam twice this week, and got all four lifts in.
Today I missed the swimming and the lift, though I am definitely seeing improvements accross the board. I'm really working on eating less sweets, and increasing the level of fruit and veggies I consume every day. Recently I've really been into spinach...it's kinda like green styrofoam that's good for you...
In other news the weight is pretty steady between 160-163, I would like to add a bit more muscle to get up to a lean 165, just like I was my last year of CU.
Main issues I've had recently, are not getting in enough hip flexiblility drills in, and just general warm ups are going by the wayside. I've got to be good about it and just do 'em.
