Upped the lifts this week 4x4 squat (295) Clean (185) dead lift (295) csp combo (105) inc bench (125) Reg bench 135 (I think) 3x8upright row (85) single leg hams (50 + 3 slide ons)...three more weeks of this then testing MAX...

Hooped today and Shakespere in the part to work the mental as well as the physical...
