Dead Lift Max
I was really psyched this morning, I taught a bodyworks/stretch class, so I was well warmed up and rested from taking a break from squats and cleans earlier this week.
I lifted 315 no problem, and then figured I could DL the same I squat, so I loaded up 350...HUSK! Made it, then took a break and tried 365, I didn't even budge it, so I've got a goal for next testing cycle.
