First day on the job...
So I shadowed on the fitness floor, and I'm totally ready for my first day on Thursday. I helped someone with the leg press, and discussed the advantages of plyometric training and the wobble-board.
I didn't lift after I taught abs and AOA, and missed the ball class, from this Monday forward, I'll be free though...It's a bit concerning, I have a sore left hamstring, right behind the knee on the right ligament...so it's probably best that it rest...I have been playing a lot of basketball.
