Lifting again
3x8 at 65% working on form, especially on squats, and cleans, in other news, I've been really psyched on the Free Motion Hamstring Machine..."A" moves with weights...great idea.Free Motion Hamstring Machine

I was just reading your team page...i read this often...it sounds as though you are getting much stronger...I on the other hand, am getting much weaker! haha

Next weekend I am going to a Run, Jump, throw instructor's class...it is a program to teach kids basic motor skills involved in sports...it should be great. Next month I am taking my Level 2 coaching course in Jumps - so i'll soon be able to coach the Pole Vault, what a scarry thought!!

I just started a new assignment at work this week...it is a little slow at first, but that is quite normal when you start somewhere new...I'm glad it's friday
