Running, Lifting and BUNREX



So on Monday I ran 30 min at 6 min miles on the treadmill, so that works out to 5 miles...booyah!

In other news, I friggin' love the Free Motion Hamstring Machine, and I've also ditched lat pulls for 3x10 wide grip pullups, I feel like BW is a better choice.

Today in step ups it was a killer set too...4x12 @ 170. I am interviewing with University High School for Assistant Coach of Women's Varsity Basketball...I'll post tomorrow with how the interview went.

Also Team Sting Poomps is branching out, to basketball, I'm developing a logo for the YMCA league here in SF...I'll post the logo when it's ready...
