Testing this week
Well, I taught my AOA class today, and did the normal squats, lunges, etc...then abs, and tried to test for squats. I did a full warm-up, a few reps with just the bar, and loaded up 350.

My first attempt was a good one, slow down, got deep, and forgot to push...failed...

Second attempt adjusted, went way shallow, and got it back up...didn't count to shallow...

Third attempt, I went down and had a slight bit of help with the push up, and I think I was too shallow again...(I counted it as a 350 lift with an asterisk)

I really need to get a beeper so I know when to push, especially when testing...

I am going to get the deadlift and clean goals this week, and jump 6'10" in December!
