Team Sting Poomps Kickoff
So today I started lifting again: 3x8 cleans at 135lbs, 3x10 *assisted* pullups and dips, free motion hamstring with A-motion...

Things I noticed...I'm slow, and cardiovascualarly pretty out of shape. Good news is, I have no muscle pain, so I can increase lifting rapidly...the quest for 1.96 is on!

The hardest thing, keeping routine with no one to train with.
